Well you can use ear-plugs to block out the noise, that should help and they are avialable in stores like Superdrug, Boots. You could also get your boyfriend to see a Dr so that they can check him out, he might not need anything extreme like an operation, he might just need OTC stuff like nasal strips but the only way to confirm this is to get him checked by a Dr.

i got my partner to use the spray stuff and it done the trick, it doesn't take away the snoring completely, but he sounds like a wee baby snoring now, but he has stopped using it again and his snoring is really loud too i can close the room door and the living room door and still hear him. i just wake up and hit him or kick him. i would recemend the spray he sprays twice under his tongue and it should reduce the soud of his snoring but not take it away

you can buy these strips that you put across your nose, they help keep the airways unblocked so enabling you to breathe easier but also sometimes its the way that the person is lying while asleep which can cause snoring, my partner only ever snores when hes on his back so i have to roll him onto his side but also massive alcohol consumtion and being overweight can effect snoring/breathing too! hope this helps!

Nasal strips
dont let him sleep on his back
get him to gargle with lemon juice before he goes to bed
dont let him drink alcohol too near to bedtime!
gently pinch his nose when hes asleep
you can also buy throat spray from places like boots

Theres NOTHING worse than having a guy snoring next to you - I totally sympathise with you!

I have tried everything on my hubby. Nose strips, sprays and more pillows. Nothing works (on him anyhow). My advice is make sure he doesn't sleep on his back and buy some decent earplugs. I sleep like a baby and don't hear a thing!

I agree no alcohol, no eating late at night or during sleeping. If this does not work or if it doesn't happen try attaching rollers on his back or wear ear plugs!

The only thing that can be done for curing snoring is medical therapy, obviously surgery. but that doesnt give you any guarentee. i can suggest Yoga , basically pranayama, where breathing is controlled and guided. and the last thing, accept him as he is. take care

When you go to bed, stick your finger up his a'ss!! He will that shocked it will keep him awake, just in case you do it again. Then all you have to do is turn over and get a good nights sleep!!

you can buy nasal strips from your local chemist, they work on some and not on others so its worth giving it a try. My hubby snores REALLY bad, so bad i have to sleep downstairs some nights...lol i just turn him on his side so its not so bad.
