what kind of wood does china use in making their furniture?

Just curious, coz we're buying & I don't wanna buy something that can be broken easily.

Check out the link....The cheaper furniture will use pine,or camphor,I think I spelled that right...

I think it's pine wood. It's light, easy to carve and can be both painted or varnished. Durability? Just don't be careless.

I think alot of it is Rosewood or Mahogany
