My simple explanation is as under: For Wicked (who are often destructive or Negative in character) "Knowledge is for needless arguments, wealth is for arrogance and their bodily strength is for Hurting others". For Wisest (who are often constructive or Positive in character) " Knowledge is for Enlightenment, Wealth for doing Charity and Strength for protecting Others".
