my cousin his 13yrsold/male he does 50 sit ups/4 sets in the morning and before he goes to bed he does 50 sit ups/2 sets is this alright or too much? oh and after each set when you get up do you stretch?

i think its too much on flat surface

to get beatiful abs u'll need a decline / incline bench, 15 kg worth of weight that sits on ur chest. and chin up bar.

6-8 reps x 4 sets with weights work from 5kg to 15kg as max.
tense ur abs and do 5-10 reps chin ups x 3 sets and have 30 second rest between each set..

and really u can have nice abs but it won;t be visible if u have over 15% body fat. so aim for 7-10 % bodyfat. u can go down to 5 % if u take supplements for bulking and cutting periods. hope it helps.

u can work ur abbeveryday jst don,t use weight
