There is no such thing as "Arab Jews".
You might mean Mizrahi Jews, or Sephardic Jews (Jews from Arab or Muslim countries).
How they are treated? Like the rest of the citizens of the country, I guess.

You can say an American Jew or a German Jew but an Arab Jew is a big no why? An Arab Jew is the only real Jew there is and an Arab Jew is the only Jew who have a real family line that goes back in history of the real Jewish people. Its funny the new Jews do not want the real Arab Jews to be called Arabs. Well , Jews and Arabs go back in history as one you new fools. In addition, speaking Arabic does not make one Arab. For example, speaking English does not make one English. Americans speak English. Lots of countries in Africa speak French; that doesn't make them French!

I know of only one person personally that has an Arab father and practices Judaism. He is treated fine unless people become aware of his father's nationality, then he is discriminated against. He served in the IDF and now lives in Switzerland. He is my uncle.
