Apologize profusely and sincerely. If you really didn't want to hurt her then she'll see that. It sounds like an accident to me.
Also: I like wrestling, etc. with my women but remember that women are MUCH smaller, lighter and weaker then men are so you have to BE REALLY CAREFUL when doing things like pillow fights or wrestling with them. They'll hit you full force but you absolutely cannot do this to them. If she hurts you, tell her. She'll probably laugh and do it again until you convince her to stop (don't get me started on them thinking it's funny or not that painful to whack us in the nuts). Letting your girlfriend know that she can hurt you a little while also letting her know that you'll NEVER intentionally hurt her is some weird part of relationships that I'll never understand. But hell, it's kind of a sex thing so I'll go with it.
