Nat West did do an Airmiles Credit Card a few years ago, American Express do one as well although AMEX canbe restricted by a lack of places accepting it.
If you are a regular flyer think about getting a card that is linked to a frequent flyer programme as you can boost your miles and membership level quicker. BA, Air France/KLM, American all have something like this.
If you are feeling charitable you could get one that donates a percentage of your monthly bill to a chosen charity. You enjoy your life with a warm fuzzy feeling at the end of the month knowing a donation has been made.
As you pay your bill off in full there is no need to worry too much about what the rate is (although worth shopping around still). I would go with a card that offers a few fringe benefits. For example with TSB Trustcard Platinum you can get access to business lounges.
Shop around, speak to a financial adviser and let us know what you chose.

I have had a Morgan Stanley Mastercard (www.msdwcard.com) for about five years now, and am very happy. Not only do they give you cashback (they mail you a cheque) but when the card has been stolen, or I've had any queries, I speak to really pleasant Scottish people. Dunno about you, but I like to discuss my financial affairs with people who speak the same language as me.
The rate of the cashback varies, they change it in line with other card issuers, but it's usually one of the best. Sorry I can't tell you what it currently is, but I spend about the same as you and normally get about 60 quid each March

American Express did a (upto) 2% cashback visa last year which I, in the same situation as yourself, took advantage of. Dont know if they still do and I found using it too restrictive because so many places wont accept it.
Doubt this helps, but good luck.
