when you pronounce chicago you are speaking in Italian and saying a sentence with its own meaning

"chicago" in italian means "ci cago", i.e I defecate there.
What you meant is an Italian joke for children that I can't remember, however the solution was "Chicago by night" -> ci cago di notte -> I defecate there at night

Do you mean as in 'chicago da notte'? Slang for the verb 'to defecate' in the 1st person singular. Sounds quite rude in English but funny in italiano. ;-)
