I'm not sure if I understand what you are trying to say.
Are you trying to put the existence of God on trial?
If you are, you have no concept of who God is.
The Lord is not bound by any human theory of what
justice might or might not be.
For your information, our American Judicial system
is based on the Old Testament of the Bible.

Have you ever seen the movie or read the book 'The man who sued God'? That is about a man whose boat is struck by lightening and his insurance company won't pay out because it is an 'act of god' so he goes on to take the Christian church and Jews (as Representatives of god) to court! Ludicrous premise but takes an interesting point. How do you prove faith and how does that really stand up in a world where proof is crucial to the credible running of a legal system!

no God in US courtrooms, dude Gods everywhere, you cant say God aint here anywhere on this earth.
And as far as his credibility. Look at what Jesus said when he was asked if he was the son of God, he mostly remaind scilent beacuse the person was wanting an awnser only to push there side more. thats all you will do if I give an awnser as well so I wont. But know that one day you will know how real He is and know he is a Just Judge when you meet him so you cant say you didnt hear the truth.

That is the debate over whether God is real or not. Anyway, there would not be any physical evidence supporting that God is real. Keep in mind that they have recreated the Big Bang in labs several times theoretically, the theory of evolution can be proved with natural science with the evolution of mankind, and my personal favorite that this God character was created by society to keep us in check and morally grounded. The best way is to attack that is to bring up several examples of theoretical questions and comments on those theories and try and prove to keep everything in place there most be some supernatural power, that is the basic principle behind Intellinget design.

Considering that wherever you look there is design and design demands a designer and only a god could design a universe, I would say the credibility of God is pretty good in a court of law or anywhere else.
Considering that every atheist alive today and down through history has had to deny design when, in fact, you have to be blind to not see it everywhere I would ask the same question about atheists........How would the credibility of atheists fare in a court of law?

It should soar, or maybe it doesn't. Besides, a court of law basically goes along with what some scientists and scholars believe also. Actually, the court makes it fair for a person to have "lost their gun", which just happens to be the murder weapon, has no alibi, has a motive, to be acquitted because of "insufficient evidence". The court is a travesty in itself that some lawmakers and lobbyists seeking to cover their own rears, have manipulated for ages. Besides, the Rodney King beating was on video...remember how that fared in the court of law?

Well a Harvard law professor who set out disprove biblical testimony by subjecting it to the criteria used in a court of law, ending up coming to the conclusion that the witnesses were reliable. And the historical events of Jesus are just one angle to prove the existence of God.

It would have to be a civil court matter as I don't see merits for anything "criminal."
In a civil court you need only establish a PREPONDERANCE of evidence to prevail. NOT RESONABLE PROOF.
A preponderance of evidence can be established by the sheer fact that 70% or more of the world accepts the fact of a creator of all that is known as a God or Gods or Diety.
The United States Money says "In God We Trust."
The United STates Pledge says "One Nation Under God"
Now, let's add Johnny Cochrane to the mix as our attorney (yeah, I know he's dead, but not forgotton).
If the glove don't fit, you must aquit!

The Jew has been preserved since Abraham. His existance is based on God preserving the Jew as His chosen people. Since God has done a good job after centuries of the devil and his ilk trying to destroy the Jew His existance would need to be recognised as such.

Very well since witnesses swear on a Bible to tell the truth, "So help me God." Not sure what state you live in but in my state we do that.
