Use a heat protection spray before you dry your hair.VO5 has a great product that you can apply on wet hair. Also, use a good conditioner (i.e Schawarzkopf Citre Shine) which is a highly laminating conditioner.Try using a mask hair once a week or a leave in treatment(i.e.Paul Mitchell or Fusion 23).Don't dye your hair too often (4-6 weeks in between coloring sessions).
Good luck ! You'll look fabulous!

The best product to use is called Biolage Hydrating Balm from Matrix. You can find it at most salons that sell Matrix products or at Trade Secret (beauty store in most malls). Apply to your hair for 15-20 minutes once a week. After your shampoos, use a moisturizing conditioner. Use a conditioner that is based on your hair texture, such as fine, thin hair, curly or thick, or sleek and straight.

you can't blow dry your hair everyday, babe! that's where you are wrong! the heat from the dryer will only make your hair worse! to "repair" your hair, use lots of conditioner after each shampoo, rinse it well, then use hair mask. allow your hair to dry naturally & then use a live-in conditioner. it works very well for me. good luck!
