You don't need to tell her that, that is the wrong thing to say to a girl...she will remember that forever. Maybe you should tell her you are tryin to lose weight and start eating healthy and get her to exercise with you.
If you tell her she is fat or unattractive she might just lose the weight and then dump you for sayin that to her....trust me, even if you are honest and tell her and she acts like she dont care, that will always be in her mind that you told her that, so I would think twice about tellin her

No offense, okay? :D But don't you dare! Saying that she's fat in a nice way or hurtful way will not give you any right to be called a worthy boyfriend! Okay. There's absolutely no easy way to say it. Because different girls could react to that differently. If you really love her, tell everyday she's beautiful. Maybe you can tell her that she looks beautiful even if she's gained weight. Keep telling her that she's gorgeous. But if you're the usual superficial guy that cares nothing but the beauty of a girl, then you really should wish that you'll even be able to find true love because we hate it when the looks are the only thing guys want from us. It's flattering, but annoying.

OK... well if you want to make her cry... go ahead and tell her she's not attractive. If I were you though, I'd take your dates and do some ting fun and active, instead of going out to dinner or something... maybe racquetball would be fun... walk in the park/ on the beach... something active. Also, give her a break- we just came off the holidays... everyone's a lil chunky :-) and I also think that if you really liked who she is as a person, the looks wouldn't matter so much anyway. But I'm 14. What do I know?

You say, "Honey, I think a lot of you. I really want to be with you. However, since you've gained weight, I find you less attractive. I would understand if you want to break up with me because of that, but it's the truth. I care about you, and I want you to be healthy, and I will help you do that. Perhaps we can go for a walk together every day."

Frankly, she should probably break up with you after this, because this is the way she is and you won't accept her that way. I don't know if you'll ever find a woman who will stay the same, so be warned that you may be losing a good thing because of this.
