I just got a Panasonic HD TV and it has aspect settings of 4:3 (small square), zoom (letterbox shaped zoom of center of screen), full (stretched sideways so people look fat) and "just" which is full letterbox and doesn't appear zoomed or stretched. What does this setting do?

It helps to read the manual.

Just, streches the picture to fit the screen; however, the sides are streched more than the center, so people don't look as fat as in zoom.
