How can I recover deleted files from my Nokia Mobile and its Memory Card?

I deleted some of my important files accidently which requires very ungently know.
Please let me know how can I recover my file or software names.

If part of it was overwritten when it was deleted (downloading the restore program could have done it). it will be restored, but the overwritten part will make it garbage, and it won't play.

you can recover it with a software but unfortunately i dnt know the name of the software.
go to the local phone seller and he will surely help u coz they have all the softwarres( they wont charge much).
