When my sister started to use ProActiv (not for big pores, naturally), she got an unexpected side benefit...the size of her pores went down by a good 70%. It was really noticeable and her skin looks so much better now.
Other advice: don't use any pore strips! The may pull all the gunk out of the pores, but they also rip out all the tiny little hairs. This leaves the pore open to even more gunk getting in. Use a nice exfoliant instead.

Clinique has this pore minimizer refining lotion that is supposed to strengthen the pore walls and help them "snap" back into shape. I think it kind of works well. Youre not going to find a perfect, instant fix. But definitely a start. Men or women can use it. Clinique also has this other product that is called pore minimizer instant perfector. It IS an instant fix, but however, it's tinted coverup. Read: makeup. But if you put a little on and rub it over your pores it fills them and makes the skin surface look smoother and pores a LOT less visible. But if youre a guy, remember just make sure you dont cake it on and leave streaks. Dont want anyone to accuse you of wearing makeup. Hope that helps!

u can try these steps : 1) deep wash your face with a facial cleanser with srub (max twice a day - too much will cause your skin to dry up n produce even more oil n hence bigger pores - if u feel oily in the mid u can try using blot paper to wipe off the oil or simply use water to wash n dry off with towel
2) use a pore strip
3) to close the pore after the strip , try using a toner
4) use a pore minimising mask
5) before going out , put on some moisturiser that will helps to cover up the pores ! so it looks nicer :D
GD lucK :D Hope this will work for u !

For larger pores, You can use good brand toner like Loreal.
Or you can splash ice cold water on open pores.
The ideal pack for open pores is tomato pulp.
But these are temporary methods, these effect last for 24 hours max.
You can go microdermabarasion or skin treatments which are available in big cliniques. These reduce the pore size for longer period
Hope this helps!

I've been experiencing this problem lately. My pores are clean (no black heads) but they are huge and make my skin look bad. I know this isn't an answer, but i wanted to respond so that I could find this thread again easily and see what others say.

I suggest that you would try to use a better toner or splash icy cold water onto your face after you washed your face.
