i'm 14 and 5 ft even.i have small bones and im 132 lbs.i want to lose 20 lbs. and get down to 112.i heard that all of these things below help to lose weight:
*exercise
*drink 8 glasses of water
*5 meals a day
*eat breakfast within the hour you wake up
do i really have to eat all 5 meals a day to lose at least 2 lbs. per week?are there any easy wokouts to make me sweat faster?and how many lbs. can i lose a week?
