i'm 14 and 5 ft even.i have small bones and im 132 lbs.i want to lose 20 lbs. and get down to 112.i heard that all of these things below help to lose weight:
*exercise
*drink 8 glasses of water
*5 meals a day
*eat breakfast within the hour you wake up
do i really have to eat all 5 meals a day to lose at least 2 lbs. per week?are there any easy wokouts to make me sweat faster?and how many lbs. can i lose a week?

Your too young to put dieting in your mind. you'll slim up as you grow older if you watch what you eat. So here are some tips: Don't eat any bread. Cut off on the wheat, but you can still eat rice, etc. You'll see results so fast. It first shrinks the stomach then your cloth size will just drop. And no you dont have to eat 5 times a day, just make sure you eat very small portions as many times a day as you want but eat atleast 2hrs. before you sleep. Each side in your meals shouldnt be bigger than your fist size. O and no more sodas. Now the exercise, you dont have to kill yourself and make yourself sweat to lose weight, just walk as much as you can. It's simple and easy and it'll work I promise! Good Luck
