Whether Sewer or Gutter in North-East Corner of the plot is tolerable according to Vastu?

The North-East Corner of the Plot is considered to be sacred when compared with the other corners.It is called ESANYAM in Sanscrit language. You can have a clean water storage such as a sump or a well, but not sewer or gutter. Generally NE corners inside a house also must be kept clean. It is generally advised to allot this place for worshipping of GOD. Besides the North-East corner of the plot must not be elevated. On the contrary the South West corner must be elevated in comparison. I have noticed that violations in these results in various problems for the inmates of such places.
