The HIV virus is transmitted through all the various liqiuds the human body produces some liquids more than others. If there isn't a liquid interchange between two poeple the risk of an infection is minimal. The virus can only live outside the human body for a few minutes and is heat intollerant. Thus no you cannot get HIV from food prepared by HIV possitive poeple but yes you can get it from mastrubating someone that is HIV possitive while you have an open wound on your hand.

HIV virus doesnt spread by drinking or eating which r cooked by HIV infected people. it spreads by using the needles which r injected to affected people

No,HIV is not spread by having the food cooked by affected peoples.It is passed through blood,unsterilised needles,and sexual intercourse.
