Hard to say but IT IS possible to drink too much and it can hurt you. I heard a story on the news today about a radio station water drinking contest. According to the story, the winner drank two gallons of water - apparently in a short period of time - and later they died. Seriously, it was on Paul Harvey news today. Drink enough to quench your thirst, don't over do it.

If your pee is clear when you are drinking water then you are drinking enough. If it is yellow you could probably drink a bit more. If you feel unwell then you may be drinking too much. Ask your doctor to be sure.

Research suggest that we should drink at least eight glasses of water a day. You can drink more than that if you want to. I try to drink a gallon a day.

yes, there is a too much..
our tummies can only hold so much
in my opinion, you could drink as much water as u want per day, just not too much at a time..
i mean, you'd eventually throw it all up if you drink too much at one time.

you should drink 1/2 your body weight. So if you weigh 128 lbs. you should drink 64 oz of h2o. do not wait until you are thirsty because by then you are already dehydrating.

it is possible to get water intoxication. this occurs when you sweat or urinate out electrolytes and then they are replaced and further diluted by regular water. your body is good at regulating this, and it is a rare occurance. if it is actually a concern, you can drink gatorade or anything with sodium and glucose.
