I am 19 years old, and my girlfriend is 20 years old. She is 4 months pregnant with my child, and due to her grumpiness we seem to argue a lot. But I have bought her jewelry, clothes, etc. I am looking for ways to show her how special she is without the need of money, how can I prove my love to her?

Don't think so much about items and clothing. Think "what does she like?". Remember to tell her how much you love her. It's very important, also because she's at a very emotional state in her life. Take her somewhere she likes to go, or make her dinner. Try to show her your love by the things you do for her, not the things you buy for her.

Remember to always be there for her, and show her that you would do anything for her.

oh yea, and be submissive when she's grumpy, she'll thank you for it later and probably apologize.

Actions speak louder than words ... love doesn't require gifts to prove it. Tell her you don't want to argue ... communication is everything! You are both young to start a family - but it is what it is. Understand her hormones are fluxuating so her mood will change often. Just love her through it and support her. In turn, tell her what you need. It will probably bring you closer.

those things you mentioned are really very nice for someone who doesnt feel like a fat toad during her pregnancy. if you want to spend money....give her a gift certificate for a massage...or better yet....give her one or two! take her to get a manicure and pedicure and sit with her and get one urself. take her for walks and talk about the future....how about marriage? how about looking at baby clothes together? gosh there are so many things a guy can do....doesnt cost a dime. only time well spent together. :) peace

Buy her a day at salon/spa where she will be pampered and tended to. It will cost you, but your message will resonate with her big time. You may want to be instrumental with her friends if they plan to have a baby shower for her. Give her slack. Being pregnant is no picnic.

pop the question. (marriage)
Oh, and being pregnant is very tuff and painful, which is something that you will never understand. So don't take it personal when she reacts the way that she does.

Just be there for her, be honest with her and tellher you love her by your affectionate ways. Material things are nice but...they are just material things.
