I have really oily hair. Is there any kind of product out there that can help reduce the look of it. I have to wash my hair every day and by the end of the day when I get home it looks greasy and has that oily smell. Does anyone have any suggestion on products, rememdies....witchcraft...JK. But let me know and it would help a bunch. Thanks

You need to use a shampoo for oily hair. I would recomend using a professional product. They don't contain waxes that some cheaper lines do. Waxes actually make your hair look oily. Don't do the baby powder thing or dry shampoos. THey can actually clog your pores. Try conditioning everyother day. Use a clarifying shampoo once a week. You can actually use dishwashing liquid to clarify it, but you will need to condition the ends because it can be too drying hope this helps.

try using a clarifying shampoo, because those tend to pull out all the bad impurities from your hair. You can get a cheap one (like suave) for about 2 bucks. Dont laugh at the cheapness, suave is the best cheap shampoo out there. it's ph balanced (which is SUPER good for your hair) and has been around for years. Don't use alot of oily products on your hair (including gel, mousse etc etc)

My hair used to be oily too. The following helped:
-ionizing hair dryer( bought mine at Target)
-less conditioner, days with no conditioner
-shampoo Helga (the chaepest and best shampoo that I have ever used-- bough it at 99 cents only store.) Wash the roots very well, wash twice as needed
-use brushes with metal bristles, no plastic bristles
Hope this helps!!!
Good luck.

Use vinegar as a final rinse on your hair and don't use condtioners that say moisturizing in the name, also try using a dandruff shampoo, my daughter says this helped her oily hair problem quite a bit! Head & Shoulder's is what she uses!
