I have found LA Weight Loss very effective. I loose weight easily and am able to eat plenty of food. Also, it is a good way to maintain your weight… It is a way of eating for life.

However, if you eat emotionally or tend to give up quickly you will have trouble succeeding on any diet. LA Weight Loss is the kind of diet that you can fall off the horse and turn around and get right back on and continue your ride of loosing. It truly works if you are serious and you stick with it. It’s a healthy way to loose weight and eat real food in the real world.

I wish you much success.

A good diet would be one that can avoid any extremes, has lot of variety, contains ingredients from each main food group, the majority of the calories originate from vegetables, fruits, whole grains and other healthy foods and it is enjoyable enough that you can maintain it for long-term. In addition, if you need to loose weight, portion control (=eating less of everything) will help.

A good diet is what works for your body and activity level. Many people throw out what has worked for them: high protein, low carb, mostly veggies....the list continues. Forget South Beach and Atkins and figure out what your body needs. Try to adopt the concept of "healthy eating, not dieting". Listen to your body and moderate what you take in. Different lifestyles require different levels of each particular food group, all require a sufficient nutrient density. I know it's vague but my personal belief is to let go of the "dieting" concept and looking toward what you need to do to fuel your body. After all, that's where the concept of eating derives!
