Eat less carbs. exercise eat lots of vegetables, fruit and protein. Cut out fast food and sugary drinks.

Walk/run 1-1.5 hrs in the morning and 1 hr in the evening.
Second eat less of dairy products like milk/meat
u can really lose weight if u really want to honestly
i lost from 88 to 78 in 2 months flat

Walk. If you want to loose weight you need to exercise 60-90 min. at least 3 times a week.

Loosing weight fast is not ideal u will only more than likely put even more weight on.

you should go to a nutritionist or a dietetian first. also there are factors to consider such as thyroid activities. that may also harm you when loosing weight
