All spirit is eternal, the perception or point of view, you currently hold is in relation to the vessel or body you inhabit in this lifetime in the earthly plane. The god like energy flows through us all as we all come from the mass of energy known as spirit, therefore your body is transient and perishable while your spirit is eternal. Energy cannot be destroyed merely transferred from one state to another. The opportunities are limitless and so is you capability of perception. Perceive this, your spirit force is eternal, but you are not so strive for kindness and unconditional love these things uplift spirit.

Spirit is energy or a form of energy. If you are talking about God than he is eternal. There are many kinds of spirits both good and bad. God is the highest spirit. When we die our sprits will transcend and we will be judge by God. In order to do this we must become a spiritual form. .Spirits never die but they can be transformed.

The "I" is never eternal. The "Spirit" that percieves is eternal, but everything pertaining to a point of view smacks of individualism. Only the "Spirit" (or energy) which is your essence is eternal. Individual personalities (from which point of views derives) do not survive your physical death.

Let me ask you this. What is meant by eternal life.
If we believe Jesus, then some of the thinking might not be right.
What about the philosophy of reincarnation?
Why cant the two philosophies go hand in hand?
I wonder if that is meant by eternal life, in that we come back time and time again

no, remember when people die, they turn to spirit. but how? its the memory that everyone keep. if everyone doesn't have you as a memory, your not eternal. so its pretty much true that knowledge is energy. something that u can feel, see, smell, or anything but not touch.
