I prevosly asked what is better split or full body workout. If i do a split what muscles do i work together back bis, bis chest ect. and suggestions will help

Split if far superior in my opnion.

Biceps and Back
Legs
Shoulders and Traps
Chest and Triceps
Core

That's your bodybuilding standard. Your muscles need plenty of rest, don't retrain in less than 5 days a section you just trained.

whatever you do -a balanced Protein rich Nutrition is mandatory:
optimum protein,low fat, low sugar, low carbohydrate,low salt nutrition-
with this kind of nutrition you can gain weight by having it after each meal, losing weight- replace two meals with the above said nutrition program and having one meal of your choice, plus water one liter for every 44lbs for desired results. 2to 4kgs per month.and you should do your maintenance so that you wont gain back what you lost.

Abs-Calves
