First, Drink a ton of water. Don't drink so much that you'll make yourself sick, but guzzle down a lot of water- I'd say like two big bottles worth. If you have time, eat something first, stay up for a while, then guzzle the water. Otherwise, just guzzle the water and go to bed.

Second, set your alarm clock for thirty minutes before whatever time you need to be up. Wake up just enough at that time to drink another bottle of water and take one tylenol. Then reset your alarm clock and go back to bed. You'll wake up 30 minutes later just fine unless you drank enough beer that you've poisoned yourself.

Hangovers are caused by dehydration for the most part. Drink as much water as you can now, and take ibuprofen of tums tonight as well. Should kill at least 80% of that hangover.

I have heard that drinking a beer when you wake up helps but I never tried it. What I do....and I don't suggest anyone does this...is I pop 2 T3 before I go to sleep and I never get a hang over. What I do suggest is drink a glass of water when you go to bed and have another sitting by your bed if you get the pastie. Only reason I don't do that is because I always have to get up in the middle of my sleep to piss.

Eat something. What people don't realize about drinking, is that your body still works throughout the night and processes your sugar (Alcohol) in your blood stream. You get a hangover because your sugar levels go so low during the night, that in the morning your "SUGAR is LOW" and you are hung over!!!!

Alcohol has a typical property. It is hypoglycemia(Low Blood Sugar Level) & that give you hang over. Just before going to sleep take 4-5 Tea spoon with milk or water. Comming morning will be without hang over.

Drink lots of water to rehydrate yourself. Hangover headache is caused by dehydration from all that peeing. Take a couple of aspirin/advil/tylenol as well.
