For most people, losing that much weight in a week is unhealthy.
Anyway, the amount of weight you lose corresponds to your beginning weight. Obviously someone who weighs 300 lbs can lose 10 lbs like nothing, while someone in the 100 lb range will have to really struggle.
If in the 100 lb range, I'd suggest liquid diets, extreme excercise, or fasting (though all are extremely unhealthy)
If higher than that, you could try the Atkins diet (with at least moderate excercise), eating less with extremely lower calorie intake, or any of the above methods

Short of being on The Biggest Loser and going thru militaristic exercise, there isn't a healthy way to lose 5-10 pounds a week.

the hollywood diet is a good option to lose wight fast. the weight will come back like he following week because it is a liquid diet If you are unable to get ahold of the HW diet, you can sustitute the drink of V8. it fills you up, add also lots of water. you can drop 5-10 pounds in 6-7 days but it is hard to stick to.

impossible. you can lose maybe a pound or so in one week.
to lose 10 pounds it takes at least three weeks
just start eating right foods
5-7 SMALL meals a day
loads of water
exercise, cardio, running for at least an hour
NO SWEETS! JUNK FOOD!
good-luck, i try all these, but cravings are hard to let go

I was 200 lbs, and I lost 5 in a week on WeightWatchers. It really is a GREAT program. It's easy, affordable and you dont have to take pills or crazy **** like that. I highly recommend it.

eat something from the garbage can and get really sick and puke it all out.......
don't be ridiculous, not only will you gain the weight all back quickly if you manage to do it . you run the risk of damaging your system (possibly permanently)
