I want to restore the audio please what do I do as my computer laptop refuses to give me an audio.

You may well have to reload the audio driver if previous suggestion does not resolve the problem. You should be able to obtain the driver through the laptop manufacturer's website

Is your computer a brand name one (ie. HP, Dell, Etc.)?
If so, go to their website, punch in your model nunber intothe Search box and download the driver.
I would like to help more, but I can't because I don't know anything about your computer. I aplogize for this.

right click My Computer > manage > Services and Applications > Services > right click Windows Audio > start (if it's not started already)
