How come we never see Satan? Is he pretending to be the Leaders of the Axis of Evil? Why don't puppy dogs run away when they see him?

Yes,Satan is at work in the world. He hasn't been to the lake of fire yet. That doesn't happen until the end of the age. Bible believing Christians know that; its the unsaved world that believes the idea of Satan RULING in hell somehow.
By the way ,even when he is cast into hell, he won't be ruling there.
