This Is A Must for hair like yours because I straighten my hair and have colored it too and whenever I would wash and condition my hair it would feel more brittle and dry, So You have to get the expensive stuff that will really change your hair. I bought this hair mask made by a professional hair care line called "Frederick Fekkai" you can get it at Sephora online or in the Sephora store, Its called the 3-minute mask but the girl in the store who knows about the products told me you can leave it in overnight, just put a shower cap on so it doesnt come off, Or you can just leave it on all day and then rinse out and you will feel a HUGE difference in the texture of your hair, It is $35 but it is well worth the price if you are seriously looking to fix the quality of your Hair..

You cannot repair hair. You can use treatments like hot oil and such to make it look a little healthier but what you should do is get some Colloidal Minerals (liquid that you take once a day 2 tblsp) to nourish the hair that is soon to grow. If your hair is dry try a dab of extra virgin olive oil to liven it up. Not too much though, you don't want it greasy. I dab in the palm of your hands - rubbed together then run your fingers through your hair. This is also a great healer for dry scalp.

Get professional products. Before straightening or using any other hot tool you need to use a serum like Chi or Biosilk. Redken has a line called Extreme. IT's awesome fo r dry hair. Hot oil treatments are good but use things that are ment for hair not oilive oil or mayonase!!

Biolage. Their system of products seem to work the best. One of the biggest things you need to take a break from is coloring and heat. Give your hair a chance to restore. Also, start using those Biolage products. You can find them at your salon. If you cannot find them there, you could go to a beauty supply store. Some people recommend Paul Mitchell products, but they aren't as good, in my opinion!

You really need to start getting deep conditioning treatments, and hot oil treatments before you lose all of your hair. Cream of Nature is good for this, and almost any hot oil treatment will do. Before you do any of this I would suggest you go to the hairdresser and get a full assessment so you can take the appropriate steps to having beautiful healthy hair again. Good luck!

Get a really good heavy conditioner and once a week apply it to towel dried hair, wrap your hair up in a plastic bag - secure with a clip and bake it in under your hairdryer. Rinse with cool water.

Try that shampoo called Garnier Fructis (Sorry, I don't know how to spell it). It's supposed to make your hair 5 times stronger.
