why do people specifically put thier religion out there as "spam" with no intent on asking a question (spam) but simply try to make a convert?

... if you are in anyway refering to Jehovas Witnesses then, they have to according to doctorine. "Save souls"
If you're talking about all the people on Answers going "There's only one god, so why are you not praying?" kind of... stuff... then that's because they think they're big and powerful and should pick a fight with anyone who doesn't believe what they believe.

It probably has to do with one of four things:
1) Their religion does not teach them to submit to the higher powers or authority figures; therefore, they do not follow the rules set in place by our higher powers on this earth (i.e. Yahoo!).
2) They choose to blatantly ignore the teachings of their religion concerning submission to higher powers and authorities.
3) They are under a deep spiritual conviction that their religion embodies the only truth pertaining to mankind, and therefore, feel they are exempt from higher powers and authorities.
4) They simply love to annoy people, and have discovered a way to do it masterfully.
I am a Christian. Because of that, I try to follow the rules set forth by higher powers (i.e. Yahoo!). Jesus Christ stated that He is the Way, the Truth, and the Life. Therefore, I could perhaps understand how someone might believe that He is the "answer"... to every question (still, I would not want to "spam" His name everywhere as an answer, because it would seem like a joke to people who did not understand or believe in Him). But why some people would pose Him as a "question"... I'm not entirely sure. I wish that you had given an example or two that I could go and see.

No its not as you are thinking you cant say its spam if
There is many views it means among them one is true and other is fake let me more clear it for example if some people has a journey to go same destination but they go with different ways but they has same destination is same they will choose different ways ( because they differ each other opinion) every one want to reach on this destination but they
All think that their way is more perfect but mostly are wrong and only one is going right way they all meet in some place and say to each other that they are going on right path but not all agree to each other but some try to think reality and follow the one who is going right path” so yahoo answer and like this the place where we can exchange our view but somebody behave very bad and make nonsense here we must listen to each other if we think that we are on right so we must go ahead and the ultimate truth will be disclosed when we will meet on JUDGMENT DAY.

If you are interested in my religion you should go to the person in charge of the church, temple, synagogue, etc. I go to and ask all the questions you have and learn the correct answers rather than ask strangers and get half-baked answers from some who do not know enough of their own religion.
Get your answers from the horse's mouth, so to speak.
Knocking on people's doors and trying to convert them even if they are quite happy with their own religion will cause resentment and produce the opposite result.

they have a right to do what they want and believe what they want . However , it is your choice to listen or not to listen. And if their intention is on making you a convert , than it's not Godly like. If you truly care for another human being your intention would only be to share the wisdom , and make someone's day .

Some of us are so happy where we are, we want you to feel the love too.
It's just too bad when a religious zealot spews the "love" all over you, and blows you so far out of the holy water that you'll take years to come back, if ever.
You will know when to ask, and you will know who to ask- and you WILL receive!

since you , or people that don't know about me or my beliefs, or how to contact me ,, it would make more since for me to offer it to you than you to try and seek me out, others that are also looking may see the message and more people will learn of what I believe.....and may want to know what i know and believe as I believe..but i do not spam,if you want God ,he knows were you are and how to get to you......maybe this message is from him......it's for someone......
