Do guys never ask me out because they think I'm not interested, intimidating or totally unattractive? Or am I just misreading signals? I'm 20 and never had a boyfriend! (serious answers only)

well my guess would be that you spend too much time asking the opinions of others when you could use that time to take some direction in life on your own. Honey, life's not a race. She who gets the boyfriend first doesn't necessarily keep him and win the game. You'll find your prince charming when the time is right and you are least expecting it. Lighten up on yourself...things could be worse.

You are not alone. There are other people out there who I am sure are older than you and have never had a boyfriend/girlfriend.
I think maybe some guys could possibly think those things, but my advice for you is to stop obsessing about it and enjoy your life...being with your friends and family, studying at school or doing well at work. Focus on yourself and soon, someone will notice you and you'll be on your way. There is plenty of time!!! So just enjoy your life as it is right now..... what about approaching a guy yourself? Maybe asking out someone you like?

I did not have a boyfriend until I was 37. I have now been married to him for 17 years. I was somewhat quite and did not go out of my way to talk to guys. I never seemed to fit into groups and sometimes I became a little depressed about not dating except to fill in for someones date that could not go. Kinda like substituting. Just about the time I thought I would give up on guys I met one at a dance. We have been together ever since. Hang in there.
