(Disclaimer: I refer to the truth, gods, universal spirit, whatever you believe in as God. No offense to anybody. I love everyone.)

This is probably one of the most frequently asked questions of all time. How can we know? What if they're all worshiping the same universal spirit or God? Does it really matter what religion I choose? What if there is no God?

The questions go on & on. Only you can answer this because your individual faith in the end is controlled by your own free will. God can only show you the way. You must follow it. But you must put all your effort into listening to God and taking his hints at finding the right path. I gurantee if you do this, God will make it apparent to you. As long as you can say that you have done everything under your control to find the truth (refers to learning about different religions and speaking with devout practicioners of that faith, do more than just this however!) you can say that it is now in God's hands.

If you still think you cannot find the answer, God and only God knows your heart's true intentions. This is sort of a safeguard against ignorance as an excuse to knowing the truth. Keep on trying to find that truth, I've found it; IT IS OUT THERE!

Keep on Keepin' On

i like the tune if you can't be with the one u want, love the one your with is the answer to this if you play on the words right, and don't miss understand an intent- for every action there is an equal and opposite action-in this all good that is here today can be unfortunately misunderstood and be a fault to the next generations religious thoughts, look at the changes taking place today and how earlier how in just a few decades past the middle east could have been bought for less than a trillion dollars and it would have been over - today we have all regions blamed for the trumped up charges of everything from child abuse to the last decent hope of the American dream and the Latinos on the way to take what we do not have the title to we don't have our own country so how can we dribble over religions that we not even speak English in another century or be white

Hi

3 years ago i started going through different religion i.e scriptures than after few months i came to Islam, since than my life has changed being bad to good. The source being reading the Quran last revelation of God.

What is Islam?
Islam: is derived from the word salaam meaning peace.
Submission to the Will of Allah (swt) i.e. God Almighty.

Meaning of ‘Muslim’ – One who submits his will to Allah.

Muslims believe that there is only one God, all the prophets that were send (Muhammad, Jesus, Joseph, Moses, Lot etc) came with one message.

God tells us about the previouse revelation (i.e Bible) has been altered, changed etc by man. Qur' an agrees only some verses of the Bible because Qur' an confirms it.

Such as the Ten Commadments:

Bible
Exodus 12: 1-17 & Deuteronomy 5: 6-21

Qur' an confirms Ten Commandments:
47:19, 42:11, 2:224, 17:23, 5:38 - 39, 2:283, 5:32,17:32, 4:36 & 62:9

Such as about God:
(King James Version)
Bible
Deuteronomy 6:4
4Hear, O Israel: The LORD our God is one LORD:

Mark 12:29
29And Jesus answered him, The first of all the commandments is, Hear, O Israel; The Lord our God is one Lord:

Confimation in Quran:

112:1 SAY: "He is the One God:
112:2 "God the Eternal, the Uncaused Cause of All Being.
112:3 "He begets not, and neither is He begotten;
112:4 "and there is nothing that could be compared with Him.

There many others

Please sincerely read it, dont just believe what other people say (beacuse these days youcannot trust some people) find for yourselves what God say in the Quran.

BELOW IS A LINK WHERE YOU CAN DOWNLOAD THE QURAN (SOFTWARE: TRANSLATED IN ENGLISH)

There is no correct religion. Religions are systems of belief, and are based purely on the peoples' faith, not on concrete fact. As such there is no 'right way'. And, if more people realised this and thus accepted the beliefs of others as being just as valid as their own, there will be peace.

No religion is correct. We don't have a religion with GOD, we have a relationship with GOD the FATHER thru JESUS CHRIST HIS SON. Do you have a religion with your loved ones or a relationship? GOD loves you so much that HE sent HIS SON to die in your place to pay for your sins. Why would HE want something of distance like a religion when He can have the closeness of a relationship with you?

I believe that the Bible is true because god talks tome through the Bible. The Bible tells that Jesus is the way and the truth and the life. Commandment tells us not to have any other gods but God of Abraham.

It is easy to come to the conclusion about one and true God when you have a personal relationship with Him.

I would study the evidence of the faith you are looking into. Go to both sides of the coin and try to be unbias and let the evidence speak for itself. Also I would pray that the true God of this universe not only show you the evidence and what it says or shows, but also what it means. Pray for truth.

No religion is the "correct" one. People are afraid of anything that is different so they persecute religions that are unfamiliar to them. In my opinion, all religions are just "interpretations". It all comes down to same thing: believing in something bigger than yourself. We use religion to explain what we don't understand. I think simply having faith is the important thing that is so often overlooked.

It's like people who hear a cover song and automatically think that the band performing the cover was the first band to do it.

Most have never considered an alternative.
