MORE AND MORE GROWN MEN LIVING WITH THEIR MOTHERS AND MORE AND MORE MOTHERS REFUSING TO LET GO OF THIER GROWN SONS. I HAVE BEEN IN A 9 YEAR RELATIONSHIP HOPING THAT THIS PERSON WOULD EVENTUALLY GROW UP.....THE OTHER DAY HIS MOM SAYS THAT THEY ARE MOVING INTO A SMALLER HOUSE BECAUSE IT WAS JUST THE TWO OF THEM AND THEY DIDNT NEED THAT MUCH ROOM!!!!! IM LIKE ???!!!! WTF? ME AND THIS GUY HAVE A 7 YEAR OLD CHILD! IM DONE WITH THAT MONKEY BUSINESS....I JUST WANT TO KNOW IF I AM THE ONLY ONE WHO NOTICES THIS. ALL OF HIS FRIENDS (SOME EVEN 40 YEARS OLD) STILL LIVE AT HOME......IN THE ROOM EVEN!!!!!

I dont know why, but I have noticed it too..
Its a sad, sad way to live..
I could never be with a man my age or older still living with his parents..
more men these days need to grow up and be responsible for their lives, the exception being if they have moved bck in to care for disabled or terminally ill parents to keep them out of the nursing homes...

If you bought a VW Bug you would all of the sudden notice they were everywhere too.
Change your focus and what you see will change too. Your boyfriend obviously likes the free ride and has not grown up enough to be on his own and you have not grown up enough to demand more for yourself.
It is very likely your child will still be living at home when he is 40 too given the lack of muturity in his parents.

Do you need someone to hit you in the head to read the writing on this wall? Girl, if you have a 7 year old and your boyfriend and father of your child is still living with his mother-- guess what-- you are a booty call and nothing more or less-- his "mommy" is the love of HIS life and he needs you for just ONE thing--- and yes, it is a sickness that is plaguing this earth --- like there isn't a bad enough shortage of good men now they are all turning into forever after mommie's boys!!!!

Unfortunately you are NOT the only one noticing. I see it all the time and it sickens me. I think the problem isn't so much with the mothers, but it's the men themselves....they don't want to give up 'easy street'. And why should they want to? "mommy will take care of it all".
As a mother of four boys, they already have the understanding that once they finish highschool, it's college or a job and you are out by the age of 21 so they better have their crap together.
I don't mind helping them out, but living with me forever? I don't think so!

OMG!!!! You are so rihgt! I have noticed it for awhile now...it's kind of ****** up and if they cant leave the nest they must not be worth the time of day....I know you have a 7 year old involved in this, but if she's seeing this she may too ened living with you as well when she's an adult in her 40...show her independance!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
