Make a list of things you like to do. Allow yourself to do some of them as a reward. Example: do your exercise, then allow yourself to do something fun. Ride your bike for 30 minutes, then get on the computer.

You shouldn't have to motivate yourself to exercise every day. Moreso, start wtih 2-3 days a week and move up in consistency. Even then, you should only workout two days on...one day off.
Try starting a sport or activity. Maybe somewhere you'll make friends or have a goal in mind. That would give you some sort of reason to get up and go.

a million. it would want to be complicated yet in case you save doing it you may in common words get more effective perfect. 2. akin to each thing else, prepare makes perfect. and that i DO advise each thing. 3. all and diverse is going by ability of sessions of dropping interest or taking a step lower back, very straight away you'll take 2 steps ahead and make up for it. As a touch female it became in many cases, blah blah blah blah blah blah.... get more effective perfect blah blah piano recital blah blah blah blah..... arrrrrrgghg..... yet i'm satisfied I kept it up. I get exhilaration from music, can play the piano somewhat properly, and understand that is something i'll continuously do. good question!

What motivates me is I get to trade an hour of my work time for exercise time. If I have a good opportunity to get a break from my job, I'm going to use it.

Habit. I do mine first thing in the morning after going potty. I do Yoga, strength training and some light meditation.
I FORCED myself to do this before I ate breakfast or had to go to work. 14 minutes. That's it. Nothing more. I dropped 75 #, relieved the shortness of breath I experienced walking up a simple flight of stairs, and feel better than ever in my life!

I have this problem too... get a picture of what you want to look like, and a picture of what you really look like, and every morning when you get up decide which one you wanna look like that day. Make sure when you decide to act, you do it within reason, not too much or you wont keep it up... Best Wishes!

find something you love about exercise. for me, i love that breathless feeling, with your heart pounding, and i just feel so alive, it's a natural high. but i hate it when my muscles can't keep up with me.
so then i change "exercise" into "playtime" and i just have some fun, running around, skipping, twirling, doing some mock-ballet, and tap dancing even. act like a crazy fan at a concert, shake your arms, jump up and down. then once your energized, you'll feel much happier and then you'll want to stick to your routine. or if you don't, then just continue to act crazy. :)
