It is a pile of hogwash. The Necronomicon was invented by horror writer H.P. Lovecraft as a literary device. It was first mentioned in his stories about 1920ish. The actual print book that you are referring to was written in 1978 by Colin Wilson. He just made a bunch of stuff up and called it a "translation". It is a hoax, a forgery.
