At least he was honest. I just found out I had been going out with a guy who tells me he's been separated for so many years. We became friends for over 2 years before I started dating him, now 6 mths later I accidentally find out he really isn't separated. It really hurts but there isn't anything to do but move on.

Thursday evening- call a bunch of your girlfriends, invite them over for ice cream on Friday. Ask them to bring their favorite topping.

Friday, 5:30pm- Go to the grocery store, buy a quart of the richest most chocolaty ice cream you can find, as well as some chocolate syrup.

Friday, 6:30 (after your dinner)- Greet your friends at the door with a bunch of chilled bowls for the ice cream...

Friday, 7:30- Go out dancing- all of you!

Edit- Ok, so you're twelve....
Talk to your parents (I'd feel more comfortable with my mom, but...), ask if you can have a party- movie, sleepover, whatever.... then do as prescribed above, ok-ing everything with Mom.

sounds like he just wanted to date someone else or maybe cheated on you if he already has a g/f in that short of time so just get over him and date someone else

What a wanker.. He did you a favour... trust me your better off finding out now, while you can still move on.. Its way better than finding out in 10yrs when you have kids with him... Trust me your better off with out him.. Its easier to move on now then later when you get used to him being there...
