oh yes, one of my favorites. I actually used to test supplements for them years ago. the orange-cream is probably my favorite.

now before anybody says not to use it because it has fat in it let me explain. it contains medium-chain triglycerides (MCT's). these are short chained fatty acids that the body utilizes almost like carbs but with out increasing serum glucose or serum insulin. they use MCT's because of the way that the body utilizes them and because of their short chained molecular structure they are far less likely to be stored as fats when there is a caloric excess in the diet.
