What should I tell God? Forgiveness? Help? I mean I'm not perfect I commit my share of sins, but what do I do in my mind if Im able to think and find myself like dying or something?

Good question. Personally I think I would beg for forgiveness but try to remember that I did do alot of good too. These are the things I would like God to know. The one thing we never think is that we are basically good for the most part and we should be proud of that instead of always feeling guilty for the bad we do.

Typically when you are dying, you always think of the thing you always wanted most in life. When one is dying, one rarely remembers God, unless God and prayer have been an integral part of his life.
Only if you can think about God and how much you just want to be one with God, can you attain salvation after death. This is why prayer and meditation is stressed upon so much

You, We are all human and make mistakes and thank God he already knows this. Just ask for His forgivness.
Admit to the things in your mind which you knew but never admitted to as bad and ask for forgivness.
God is very forgiving but he also is a punisher. We must remember this.

I am dieing,I love God and accepted the spirit of God in me, when I was very young.I don't worry about anything at all not one little bitty thing at all.I have complete and utter, total ,undoubting faith, so I don't need to even hardly think about it, that's how God wont's us to come to him, like a child.so I do.its that simple.
In Romans it says its a sin to doubt.so don't.have that simple faith as a mustard seed has.just pure unadulterated faith

Repent from your sins and ask Jesus to forgive you and become your Lord and Savior....
But better do not wait until you are dying, do it as soon as possible!

if you don't believe in the concept of sin, or being blamed for something you did not do, you should be fine
join the crowd of non believers and feel peace of mind again

I'm sure God would accept asking for forgiveness and all that, but why would you wait till you die. Start your relationship with him now.

HE knows all about you.. if you believe or not. he'd there when you're born and when you die. people think the he has everyone in his book and he knows exactly when each one is going to die.so, if you really belive in Him and talk to him, no matter what you do, he will forgive you.
