California recently did a state wide fine increase. All counties are the same, I believe. The fine in my area (just north of LA Co.), was $371. It is posted on signs everwhere, in an attempt to deter folks from running a stop sign.

probably a lot. Why are you asking that? Do not run a stop sign. The point of a stop sign is that there might be ON COMING traffic that will hit your car and KILL you if you do not stop!
