I've been going to the gym for about a month now and although I have lost 5 lbs, I don't really see a difference in myself. I'm trying to get back into my favourite pair of jeans, they still do fit, but they are tight around the stomach and stick to my thighs. I'm trying to be careful with my food too (I won't say diet, as I'm trying to make permanent changes in the way I eat).
I do crunches, walk, inner and outer thigh exercise on the seated machine with 30lb weights, and also use the eliptical machine and stairmaster. I also do hamstring curls and front leg curls. How long would it take to see a difference?
