I want to brush my teeth better so I have whiter and healthier teeth also fresher breath.

You are suppose to brush your teeth for 2 minutes total 2 times or more a day or after every meal and snack. Dont drink tea, soda, or coffee to prevent stains and prevent your teeth from developing cavities (consuming sugar).
Take your toothbrush and brush in a slow gentle circular motion moving slowing from two teeth to the next two teeth.

Ok I know a really good way.
1- Brush your teeth with crest vivid whitening toothpast in inviderating mint flavour(my favorite) in a circular motion around your teeth.
This will help give you a whiter smile..it costs 5$ in your nearest pharmacy and you'll see improvement in 3 weeks.Do this in the mourning, after lunch and at night.
2-floss your teeth really well
3- use mouth wash ( helps clean bacteria and keeps your mouth fresh and your breath smelling good)
4- chew sugarfree gum after each meal so the food doesn't build up during the day

u can brush your teeth at least 2 times a day, after u wake up and before go to bed..
the best way is: brush your teeth up and down (from incisal to cervix). not right and left...
