I don't know what you look like, what your muscle build is, or how thin your bones are. All I can say is eat healthy. Eat full meals, don't be afraid to eat a little more than usual. What are your eating habits? Don't skip meals. If you are truly concerned about it and you feel light headed or sleepy, you might want to talk to your parents or your doctor.

Here, calculate your body mass index (BMI):
BMI = mass (kg) / [height(m) x height(m)]
Take your weight (in kgs) and divide it by your height square.
The current value settings are as follows: a BMI of 18.5 to 25 may indicate optimal weight; a BMI lower than 18.5 suggests the person is underweight while a number above 25 may indicate the person is overweight; a BMI below 15 may indicate the person has an eating disorder; a number above 30 suggests the person is obese (over 40, morbidly obese).

Yep, that is about 10lb underweight for your height. Do you hve a very small frame, in which case it might be ok? Measure the circumference of your wrist bone. If it is less than 5-5.5 inches, then you are very small boned. If it is not less than this, then you need to consider gaining some weight.

At 5'1", normal weight is 110-115 (I'm 5'1"). That makes you not too much underweight. Just stop dieting and start eating fruits and vegetables...and don't be afraid to have some ice cream every now and again!
Remember...boys like girls who eat. Didn't you ever read "Gone With the Wind"?

Generally you can say a girl who is 5'0 should weigh 100lbs, and for every inch up, add 5lbs. So being 5'1, you should be 105lbs. Your 16lbs underweight.

Well, your BMI (body mass index) is only 16.8. To be at a normal & healthy weight your BMI should be 18.5 or over.
I would try to gain 15lbs at least.

I think all that matters is that you eat healthy and don't starve yourself. If you are acting healthy, then you are healthy, regardless of weight.
