Everyone says this girl wants to hookup with me and were goen to be at the same party this weekend. I just dont know when its right to go for it and other stuff like that. I also never kissed a girl before and I know she has kissed many boys before will my inexperiance show. Where you confused your first time or what.

Aww that's so cute, my first kiss with my ex was at the movie theater, he had his arms around me, I whispered to him....when are you going to kiss me?.....and right than he gave me a kiss, it was very sweet :)
I suggest you kiss her somewhere were you two will be alone. When the time is right, put your hand on her face, lean in and give her a sweet peck on the lips, you know what to do next :)
