this is so so cute. start with something less threatening than talking. hold the door open for her, pick something up if she drops it. offer to help her with stuff. seriously if you are a gentleman you will have this girl NO problem. and then just be honest when you want to talk to her. say something simple like, you look really pretty today. something simple and nice like that, nothing demeaning, just really sweet. ask her to go to lunch. ask what she likes to do. even if it takes time to get up the courage, its okay! good luck...

one thing u can do is get a friend to ask her if she like u once u know if she does or don't it will be easier to talk to her but if its not just take it slow by saying hey everyday and build off that if u need more help email me
