Should I try to ask out a girl that doesnt like me?

Well I hang out with her on weekdays for like a few hours just chillin and talkin but it doesnt seem like shes interested in me. We're just casual friends at the momment. Should I make my move anyways?

The basic gender role between man & woman is that a man makes the first move. Most women I've met are shy and take a while to warm up.

It doesn't have to be a strong move. Start to be playful...treat her like your little sister...see if she starts to warm up.

Follow your first instinct, if you dont think she likes you she probably doesnt. Dont make a move, you will just feel like an idiot.

Look for another one, two, or three, theres plenty out there.
