Its a natural thing but a smart teenager will be responcible such as using birth control & condoms to prevent std's & its a good idea to have respect for people that you are dating or having relationships with.Follow the "golden rule". Treat other people as you would like to be treated.

yes like it or not it is normal, it's only the last 100 years or so that people have not been allowed to breed before 18 years old,read some history even the bible and you will see teenagers all over the world having children in there mid teens.Thats how it was . life expectancy was in the 30's to 40's for a long long time so you had to breed young.note that a girl and a boy is capable of breeding well before 18 !How can you expect thousands of years of breeding instinct to be put on hold in just 100 years?

How are you going to stop it? It's biological. People used to get married and start families at much younger ages because the life expectancy was a lot shorter. I think teenagers should be taught how to handle their emotions without sex although I think it should be approached with an open mind and not with a rigid moral code (you have sex, you go to hell, for example).

Good question.
I think everybody should be given the right to live, feel and express himself as a human.
Now, if you have kids and don´t like that topic don´t attac or criticize them for being so.
Instead, you can be a good example and show them how to canalize internal energies in a constructive way.
Anyway, talk to them and respect them.
Now, if you´re the teenie asking, then respect yourself and your feelings.
