well first of all, you dont have to act stupid in front of girls that's something us CHICKS dont likie like... well just dont act like a friend cuz then shes gonna see u as a friend...just tell her how u feel, take her out 4 a romantic dinner...

If I were you I 'll give her some lines like there is a free concert at the park,or a nice restaurant etc....What is you phone # so we can set the date ? some thing like that, sounds corny but it works.bottom line you have to give a reason why you want her phone # right?

Just give her your number 1st and then she'll automatically give it 2 u... thats what we do and live by.
