alright well i don't want to seem shallow or anything and i would just like other's opinions on what you would do if you were me

i've been dating my boyfriend for 3 years and since we started going out he's gained 25 lbs which has gone mainly to his stomach. and he doesn't last that long in bed. and he's gotten a little bit lazy when it comes to his job. i love him so i don't really want to break up, but what would you guys do? i talked to him and he said he's going to make it all better but still.........?

i don't know..just was wondering what everyone else thought.

If you're worried about his weight gain, a good thing to do would be to tell him you're going for a walk (or run) and ask him to join you. This will also give you guys time to catch up on your day and just spend time together while enjoying the scenery. This will help in more ways than one; not only will you both benefit physically, but he'll have increased energy (letting him last longer in bed). This energy may also start applying to his job, but the problem could be that he's not satisfied with his job anymore too (this is something you could discuss on your walks). Either way, try not to get on his case too much about it, that may cause him to shut down or rebel against making things better. Just encourage him and be there with him. In the end it'll be alright, if it's not alright then it's not the end!
