Though a lot of people may suggest this is too early to worry about your weight, I would say no. This is the time when you can easily make the physical changes in your body. Later it would be very difficult. Considering your routine , I think it is the problem with your food habits. Follow the following rules

1. Stop all the junk food
2. Start taking fruits during the day time
3. Everyday you should do some exercise at least for .5 hrs.

These are the simple and effective steps you can take rightr now

Chopping off an arm would drop 10 lbs. quick.

Are you willing to do that?

If you are, then you have an unhealthy obsession with weight. If not, then good. You don't need to worry about how much you weigh. Just keep exercising regularly, eat right, get to sleep at a decent hour, and stay in school.

No drugs. No protein shakes. No herbs. None of that crap. Eat apples and candy like every other 12 year old and you'll be fine.

Make 2/3 of your diet fruits and vegetables and 1/3 of your diet meats and proteins. Drink 2/3 to 1 gallon of water per day. Stop being obsessed with the number on the scale and make sure you are healthy. At 12 years old, your body is still growing. If you want to be a healthy adult and have children some day, just make sure you eat well and drink water instead of soda, keep exercising, and your weight will take care of itself.

My daughter is 13 and weighs105. She is 5 feet 2 inches. She does not look even slightly overweight and in fact I think she looks great. You get plently of exercise so my guess is that you look great too. Don't set unreasonable diet goals for yourself. Eat healthy and keep exercising. You must realize that as your body matures, you will gain some weight -- this is not necessarily a bad thing. I know it's difficult and you'll probably think impossible, but you need to look at yourself as an individual. Do not compare yourself to anyone else. There is only one you.

Trying to get down to 85 will make you sick and wimpy.
You will probably have to give up sports period.
That down weight is a silly American girl disease that should be avoided if you are young.
You are already active, just keep working to build up your stamina and eat good foods (not processed, eat meats and poultry you grill yourself {or get parents to do} and some big portions of corn, carrots , green beans or whatever veggies you like)

Sweetie, if you are really concerned, go have your parents bring you to the doctor to see where you should be. At 12 your body is going to go through so many changes and it needs extra stuffing to help you grow into a beautiful woman. It's not a good time to diet, but very good to have good exercise, eat right and get enough sleep. Please talk to your mom or dad about this. Please be patient and let nature dod it's work.

85 pounds is gross, UGLY, I'm serious. Why do you want to look sick?? Just strive to be halthy, fit, slim, and beautiful, not emaciated like you're dying of some horrible disease.
