I would say meal and protein powder along with a diet high in carbs and proteins.

Just increase what you are eating. You can eat fast food or other junk foods, but then you are also hurting your health. Eat more protein, carbs, and fiber. You may not be able to eat more at one time, so eat more throughout the day to increase the number of calories you take in, so instead of 3 large meals a day eat 6 or 7 smaller meals.

Heaps of potatoes. eggs, tuna Chicken Breasts steaks bread Pasta lots off food high in protien and at least 6 meals per day that would be the healthiest way to help u gain moremuscle rather than fat assuming ur working out of course

If you don't care about what type of wait you gain, eat anything that is high in calories and carbs, like bread cake, sweats, french fries, soda, donuts and etc. and you'll gain in no time. Good luck

becarefull try gaining weight in a healthy way for example eat the fattening fruites such as bananas and mangos and also avocado try having carbs with every meal such as potatoes and corn and bread and good luck

It's easy my friend, u just need to eat more calorie and work with less calorie, e.g : sit down, relax, enjoy the view, sleep, I guarantee u can gain your weight. Happy eating my friend

I had a friend that always complained about being to skinny and wanted weight. He started drinking 3 malts a day and put on weight quite quickly. Not to mention its pretty fun and enjoyable to drink malts.

Eat fast food, pizza, sandwiches. You just have to add more calories to your diet. You can also drink protein shakes.

Try lots of starches and meat. Like rice, potatos and gravy and beef. And have a good dessert (cake).

fat and bread, if you can deep fry some bread and sprinkle with sugar, then you are in good shape, oh ya, that is dounuts, so just become friends with your local krispy kream
